Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Growing up watching Rugrats, I always wanted to be like Angelica’s mom - an outspoken, fashionable business woman with a passionate assistant. (Dreams do come true!) But my biggest inspiration in business has been my aunt Zoie. She’s been a salon owner since I was a toddler and continues to grow her scope of business. I admire that my aunt never seems to have a bad day. I know she has her share of challenges but just as she does, I’d like to hold my head high with a poker face

How do you stay motivated?

What motivates me is possibility. Why wonder what might happen when I can see for myself? I’m a scientist after all so I live to experiment. I also maintain awareness that every decision I make alters my life course in some way, whether it be to get me closer to a goal or to provide me with insight for future endeavors. There’s no rule book so there are no wrong moves, only opportunities for growth and new milestones to achieve. We can let life happen to us or we can make it happen f

What would you do with the $25,000?

$25,000 would allow me to further expand my business, launch several affordable products supportive of my student analysts’ learning, offer free resources for the Autism community, and access additional professional resources to refine my business model. The communities we serve remain at the forefront of my business.
