We create baking mixes that bring FREEDOM & JOY back to those on restorative diets. Our company’s mission comes straight from our struggle. Fifteen years ago we were both diagnosed with life-changing autoimmune disorders. We ultimately found that removing inflammatory foods can help! Our mixes are FREE of grains, gluten, dairy, nut, eggs, soy and more. With our baking mixes, you can feel the freedom and taste the joy as you boldly stand for a happier, healthier, more whole you.

How do you stay motivated?

Hearing from our customers is the biggest motivator for us. Knowing that a 6 year old boy can now have cake because of our baking mixes, is so exciting for us! And, learning that our products are supporting a woman who is managing the symptoms of a debilitating disease, in part with a restrictive diet, is such an honor!

What would you do with the $25,000?

If we were to win $25,000, we would invest in the launch of our ready-to-eat Frozen Waffle line, to make eating a restrictive diet EASIER! Right now, we solely offer baking mixes, which aren't convenient for all. With a line of frozen waffles, we can not only offer these to our direct consumers, but also to K-12 schools, universities, hospital organizations and cafes - all of whom need clean-ingredient, allergy-friendly options for their customers.
