Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is watching the young adults and youth, who are also transitioning out of foster care, not knowing about an opportunity to see and learn about the cosmetic industry being a career with stability. And for them to not know that this field is lucrative with proper vocational training and education

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by being the voice that the youth and young adults never knew that could be provided. Especially, a career opportunity for them in the beauty and cosmetic field. I stay motivated by providing the resources to them and helping them get proper licensing with resources that are free or low cost licensure programs in the community

What would you do with the $25,000?

The question of this opportunity! We would utilize this funding to open up a vocational Trade schooling opportunity. Especially to those who has or about to exit the foster care system and also to those in underrepresented areas for low to free program career opportunities in the aesthetic world for career stability and training. Also we would utilize the funds to obtain proper licenses, permits and accreditation to have there licenses be transferred nationally.
