I’m driven by the resilience of underserved entrepreneurs who turn challenges into opportunities and by leaders who use their influence to uplift communities. Their stories remind me that business is not just about profit—it’s about purpose, impact, and leaving a legacy of growth and opportunity for others to follow.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on my purpose and the impact I strive to create. Seeing the growth and success of those I mentor and support reminds me why I started this journey. I also set clear goals, celebrate small wins, and continuously seek growth through learning and collaboration. Surrounding myself with driven, like-minded individuals keeps my energy high and my vision clear. Each challenge is an opportunity to grow and move closer to meaningful, lasting change.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000, I would expand the reach of my “Conscious Dollars Grant”, providing crucial funding and resources to underserved entrepreneurs and small businesses. These funds would empower recipients to grow their ventures, create jobs, and build stronger communities. By investing in coaching, mentorship, and financial education, this grant would amplify its impact, fostering sustainable success and economic empowerment for those who need it most.
