Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration is my Mom, she had instilled her business mindset to me and both of my sisters. During elementary years, after school is done and when homeworks are done, I would help my Mom out by watching our convenient store and help her with the inventories. I see my Mom's rigid and untimid ways of negotiations are her strengths. My Mom inspired me to do my best at each task and know that I have one day at a time to live, so be productive and have fun in what I'm doing or working on.

How do you stay motivated?

I keep myself motivated by seeing the smiles and the energy that people give when talking to me. My biggest take away is learning something new in each discussions with people. Knowledge is everything as well as experiences in life. Keep moving forward and reach higher than yesterday. Reminder to stay motivated by never give up your dreams and aspirations. Keep believing in yourself as you should be your biggest cheer!

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000 entrepreneur of impact award, I would invest in the business needs for advertising, equipments, established online platforms and local presence, marketing, create communication pathways with each of the educational, occupational or professional. The money would also go towards some giveaways or rewards of fun activities to the community as they participate in the business growth.
