Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is rooted in my grandfather, a true pioneer for our family. He took bold risks, purchasing property around his hometown, which provided stability and a foundation for future generations. His determination and foresight taught me that success is not merely about wealth; it’s about building something meaningful. As a child, I was captivated by his stories of hard work and perseverance. He instilled in me the belief that we can always become more than we perceive.

How do you stay motivated?

During my time in the military, I learned to stay motivated by always focusing on the completion of my missions. This mindset seamlessly transitioned into my civilian life, where I embrace the philosophy of "mind over matter." I understand that if I maintain a strong mental attitude, I can overcome any challenge I face. I keep pushing forward toward the finish line, whatever that may be, fueled by an unwavering belief that I can and will achieve anything I set my mind to.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000, I would allocate at least 50% to sales and revenue generation through advertising efforts. I would invest 20% in new equipment to enhance our operations and another 20% for savings to ensure financial stability. Lastly, I would use the remaining 10% to provide bonuses and rewards for my employees, recognizing their hard work and dedication.
