Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the women I serve every day, those navigating life changes, finding their confidence, or just needing a safe space to feel seen and valued. My daughter, Barbie, also inspires me to lead by example, showing her the power of resilience, creativity, and passion in building a legacy.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated because giving up isn’t an option. Every morning, I wake up with purpose, knowing that I’m not just styling hair or selling products—I’m helping women feel like the best version of themselves. I have to change the trajectory of my bloodline. Breaking poverty! This isn’t just a job, it’s my passion and calling.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Winning $25,000 would be a lifeline for my salon and storefront. I’m currently behind on bills and this grant would allow me to catch up on payments, secure my business space, and invest in elevating my product line. I want to expand Clutch Lace Glue. Add new products placing them in more stores, Hire a marketing firm and add workers, and Host more Glamour Girl community events.
