Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My community is composed of individuals who have faced the immense challenges of isolation and addiction. Many of them are working tirelessly to break free from their difficult circumstances, often with limited resources and support. Despite the struggles, there is a resilience among them as they strive to improve their lives and overcome the obstacles that have kept them trapped in this environment. The journey is not easy, but the determination to find a way out is strong.

How do you stay motivated?

My children are my most cherished treasures, and the most significant legacy I can leave behind is the deep love and the strong values I instill in them. Each day, I strive to nurture their hearts and minds, guiding them with kindness, empathy, and resilience. I hope to create an environment where they feel secure, appreciated, and empowered to pursue their dreams. I want them to carry forward the lessons of integrity, compassion, and respect for others.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I am seeking investment in my company to provide essential resources for our employees. After fulfilling our operational needs, I intend to direct the remaining funds toward a foundation dedicated to educating me on the complexities of non-profit organizations. This foundation will focus on environmentally friendly practices and active community engagement, ensuring that we make a positive impact on both the environment and our local community.
