How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the incredible athletes I work with every day. Their dedication, grit, and willingness to put in the work remind me of my own journey as an athlete and why I do what I do. Balancing long daytime hours at my full-time job with training athletes in the evenings until 9 p.m. doesn’t feel like work because I know I’m making a difference. I genuinely care about their success and well-being, and their progress fuels my passion to keep showing up and giving my best.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the prize, I would use it to expand Earn the Edge Performance into a larger space where athletes can train safely and efficiently, no matter their level. I’m passionate about creating a top-tier training environment that meets the needs of all athletes. With upgraded equipment for advanced adaptations, we can help older, more experienced athletes push limits while fostering success for every athlete we train. This investment would transform our impact on the athletic community.
