I wanted to create a solution that empowers them with convenient, affordable styling tools designed for their needs. My passion for hair care and making beauty accessible drives my mission to serve and uplift my community.
How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated by focusing on the impact that my business has on the lives of black college students. Seeing the confidence and joy my products bring to customers keeps me energized. I also set clear goals, celebrate milestones and remind myself of my vision to make beauty accessible and inclusive.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the 25,000 grant, I’d expand product inventory, enhance packaging and launch targeted marketing campaign to reach more students. I’d invest in local delivery services to ensure faster, more reliable access to our products. This grant would help me scale operations and empower more students.
