Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The unstoppable spirit of families determined to remain close, no matter the distance, is my greatest inspiration. After losing everything to Hurricane Katrina, I knew how it felt to be uprooted and separated. Each moment I bring loved ones together—whether for a final goodbye or a first hello—reminds me why I started this journey. Their smiles and tears of gratitude fuel me, proving that hope and connection can flourish even in life’s hardest storms.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation is fueled by witnessing lives changed, tears turned to smiles, and impossible distances bridged. Every time I help someone say a final goodbye or celebrate a first hello, I’m reminded of the reason I began this journey after Hurricane Katrina. Knowing I’m creating moments of closeness for families separated by loss or distance keeps me going, ensuring my life—and theirs—are truly connected.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I’d manufacture my redesigned robots and jumpstart my dream of reconnecting families scattered by life’s challenges. From joyful baby showers to solemn goodbyes, these new models will help me keep loved ones close—no matter where they are. Producing them means healing hearts, offering comfort, and living my purpose every single day.
