People inspire me, the farmers who nurture every bloom, the team members who bring our vision to life, and the customers whose smiles remind me the joy flowers bring. It’s the collective effort of many that fuels my passion for building a company where we bloom and build together. By empowering others with meaningful jobs and trailblazing innovation through flowers, I’m inspired to lead with heart, create impact, and make life more beautiful for everyone.

How do you stay motivated?

My passion lies in the joy flowers bring to life; their unique ability to express emotions, transform moments, lift spirits, and celebrate love. Each flower delivery is a reminder of the joy and connection that is possible. Knowing I build opportunities, through jobs, empowering couples to design dream weddings, or delivering floral magic that creates lasting memories, is what drives me to keep innovating and striving for excellence.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I will publish The Story of Flowers, a book that unveils the extraordinary journey of how flowers are grown, harvested, and transported from seed to table. By revealing the intricate logistics and celebrating the farmers, growers, and workers behind every bloom dismantling the myth that flowers are expensive. To inspire a global movement, I’ll launch a podcast connecting industry leaders, fostering education, and uniting a worldwide flower community.
