Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My children inspire me to build a legacy of impact and opportunity. I’m driven by the chance to give back to nonprofits aiding survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Additionally, I’m motivated to create change in Africa and the U.S. by supporting minority businesses, fostering empowerment, and driving growth for underserved communities. Their resilience fuels my passion for making a lasting difference.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by setting SMARTER goals and working diligently to achieve them. My children inspire me, as does my drive for stability and building my brand. I’m fueled by the vision of creating wealth, establishing Black historical landmarks, and leaving a legacy of empowerment and impact in my community.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would elevate Black•ology Coffee Company by investing in a coffee trailer to expand our reach and serve communities directly. I’d partner with HBCUs to bring coffee education, entrepreneurship opportunities, and mentorship to students. Additionally, I’d enhance product quality, packaging, and marketing while supporting nonprofits that aid survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, fostering empowerment and creating lasting impact.
