Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My personal experience in caring for others and recognizing the need for quality home care services significantly inspired me to start and grow my business. Our passion to make a positive impact on the lives of clients and their families by providing compassionate, high-quality care services. We are committed to helping people and improving their quality of life. The desire to build and grow a successful business, create job opportunities and make a difference in the lives of others.

How do you stay motivated?

The clear achievable goals and objectives of my business motivates me to work to achieve them. Helping our community and meeting their home care needs. We listen to, connect, empathize and empower our clients to create a positive momentum in the business. We connect, coordinate, collaborate and networking with like minded individuals and businesses, attend business events and seek mentorship. I surround myself with motivational content, books, podcasts and success stories of entrepreneurs.

What would you do with the $25,000?

To do staff training and development. To invest in training caregivers to enhance their skills, knowledge and certifications , this can improve the quality of care provided to clients and boost my reputation in the industry. To invest in technology and equipment that can improve efficiency, accuracy, effective care delivery including software for scheduling, client management and reporting.
