Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from breaking barriers as the first entrepreneur in my family and proving what’s possible. With less than 20% of businesses globally run by women, I’m driven to be an example of what can be achieved. But more than that, I’m deeply inspired by the artists, managers, and entrepreneurs I’ve supported—those who pour their passion into creating, connecting, and making impact in their communities. Helping artists get heard fuels my passion every day.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the meaningful impact my work has on artists’ lives—seeing their careers and dreams take shape in real time is incredibly fulfilling. Staying connected to my purpose and surrounded by supportive partners and friendships that bring positive energy and intention keeps me inspired and driven to keep going.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would enhance our industry mentorship, career management tools, and educational resources, elevating the support we provide to our artist community. A portion of the funding would also establish a grant and mentorship fund, enabling us to give back and empower even more artists to succeed.
