Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The 'who' includes my inner child, family & Issa Rae each embodying resilience, creativity, & determination. Issa’s ability to carve her own path while staying true to her experiences influences my approach. The 'what' is rooted in developing talent & nurturing relationships. Like iron sharpens iron, I strive to be the catalyst in others’ lives, helping them achieve their creative goals. In Entrepreneurship I’m inspired by the freedom & flexibility to create.

How do you stay motivated?

Staying motivated comes in many forms for me, as my biggest fear is stagnation & not reaching my full potential while I have the ability to. My motivators rotate based on need & evolve based on growth. My motivators include: -Pleasing my inner child -Aligning with God’s greater plan -Prioritizing my happiness & not settling for less in life or career -Challenging myself to never stay stagnant -Working with Issa Rae -Leading by example to create a new perspective

What would you do with the $25,000?

Invest in brand elevation goals by advancing my artist's career through tours, music videos & stronger sponsorships. I’d also invest in partnerships, workshops & creator collabs to support the relationship management part of the brand by building stronger networks & enhancing content. Lastly, I’d invest in completing my Media Management degree to gain the skills needed to scale & transition into an agency, boosting awareness & positioning us for future success.
