Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I am inspired by community leaders and changemakers who envision transformative change and implement lasting solutions to address systemic inequities. Seeing so many lead with integrity and compassion, emphasizing lifelong learning and the collective strength of communities, is a constant source of inspiration. The tangible impact across sectors is a driving force to push boundaries and create systems for equitable education and sustainable wealth-building.

How do you stay motivated?

The genius and unlimited potential of the youth I mentor keeps me motivated. Their drive to succeed, despite immense challenges, inspires me to continue pushing forward. Each time they reach a new milestone, I’m reminded of the difference we can make together. Their stories of resilience fuel my belief in creating a more equitable world where all people can thrive.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I will directly invest in the youth at Andrew Langston Middle School in Rochester, NY by providing the initial capital for students to set up custodial Roth IRA investment accounts. I will also offer free financial literacy programs to teach students essential skills for managing money, budgeting, and investing. I'm deeply appreciative of your support in providing youth with the tools to build lasting wealth from an early age.
