How do you stay motivated?My 6 1/2-year-old daughter keeps me motivated. Before I became a mother, life was all about me. Now, I have to consider my daughter in all of my decision making because she looks up to me. You know, children learn by observing what their parents do, not say. I have to be mindful of what I'm doing and that definitely keeps me on my toes.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to advance my mission of helping African-American women repair their relationships with their mothers. The funds will be used to organize and host seminars, workshops and retreats.
