Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My father, Jesus Christ, Dr. Russell M. Nelson, Robert Greene, John C. Maxwell, and Brigadier General Carraro, whom I had the honor of serving as an Army Lieutenant, have all profoundly inspired me. Yet, above all, necessity has been my greatest motivator. My journey across three continents, shaped by diverse experiences and opportunities, taught me to embrace every open door with courage and faith, always with my family by my side.

How do you stay motivated?

My greatest motivation lies in being a liaison—an engager & connector. Across my journey in Medicine, Business, Research, the Military, Academia, Pharma, Insurance, the Corporate world, and Entrepreneurship, as a father, a person of faith, and a sports enthusiast, I’ve gained unique perspectives. These experiences taught me to either accept the Status Quo, or rise above it. Despite challenges and stress, I choose to soar, driven by a passion for connecting and inspiring others.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Each career transition in my life meant relocating to a new country. I sold everything—literally—packed two suitcases per family member, and embarked on the journey, often without knowing the language or culture of our destination. Now, the time has come not to create another business, but to share this journey by publishing a book, "Be a Liaison in Life". My aim is to inspire others to embrace the greatness of serving & connecting—anywhere, everywhere—and b
