Through the organization, I learned the importance of helping those less fortunate, supporting the homeless and seniors, and protecting wildlife. It also played a significant role in helping me assimilate into this country and inspired me to encourage my employees to grow and make a positive impact in our community
How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated by constantly coming up with new ideas and finding ways to improve the lives of those around me. Knowing that I can push my team to grow and succeed drives me forward. I take pride in creating products I believe in, like healthy food options, and it's incredibly rewarding to know that kids are enjoying nutritious meals because of my work. That sense of purpose keeps me inspired every day.
