Register for FreeMy inspiration is my mother and grandmother. They both owned black owned small businesses when I was a kid. I saw the impact they had in our small community and wanted to continue their legacy.
How do you stay motivated? My family is my biggest motivation. I am lucky to be surrounded by individuals who believe in me and humble me. I seen how much my family sacrificed for me by moving here as immigrants and working hard for me and my siblings to go to college. It is my mission to retire my grandparents and parents one day.
What would you do with the $25,000?$25,000 would be life changing for me and my family. I would use part of the money to create a foundation for sickle cell anemia to help kids get the medicine they need in my parents home country, Guinea. The remaining money I would use to streamline my grandmother and mother’s small businesses so it could help them retire earlier. My grandmother is 66 and still doesn’t have enough money to retire so this opportunity would be incredible for our family.
