Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My business was inspired by the unpredictability of private sector employment, particularly in at-will employment states. Having experienced job loss twice, I recognized the pressing need for greater professional security. This motivated me to establish a platform dedicated to assisting individuals facing similar challenges, empowering them to secure stable opportunities and build long-term careers with the federal government.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by every testimony and success story that I receive. I pour into my clients and help them. It's a never ending cycle. We motivate each other and I absolutely love what I do!

What would you do with the $25,000?

I will give back and gift 25 free resumes with application assistance to help all 25 navigate the federal hiring process. I will also give away 25 free 1-hour classes to those that need a better understanding of the USAJOBS platform. The remainder of the $25,000 will go towards marketing my brand to continue to help job seekers land federal employment.
