Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My greatest inspiration stems from my passion for the beauty industry. Additionally, growing up in a small city in Mississippi motivates me to show my family, friends, and community that a kid who was bullied and labeled unlikely to succeed because of a speech impediment can rise above and achieve the unthinkable.

How do you stay motivated?

My vision for 4MAS becoming a unicorn in the beauty space keeps me motivated. I strive to be an impactful leader in the industry, championing representation and innovation for the BIPOC community. My drive comes from a deep belief that 4MAS will become the go-to brand for grooming tools and hair care essentials, particularly for the African-American community, while serving all with excellence.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000, I will enhance brand awareness through PR initiatives and expand operations by investing in innovation. This includes leveraging generative AI to improve the technology behind our tools, products, and website.
