How do you stay motivated?

Eye on the prize! That's what has kept me going over almost five years of both feast and famine, ups and downs, good and bad. I have a strong drive, a great product, wonderful customer base and I know that I can meet my goals. Staying focused and keeping my eye on the finish line while also keeping attention to kpi's is the way to stay motivated.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Our business has done well and with that, we have pretty much worn out several pieces of used equipment that we purchased to start four and a half years ago. Presently, production is not optimal because of this "old" equipment. We are not able to purchase so many pieces at once, and while we have replaced a few items, we do need a full equipment upgrade. These monies will help with that.
