My inspiration in business centers around fostering creativity, solving problems, and creating value that positively impacts people and my communities. For me, having a business that focus on innovation, sustainability, and making a difference while also remaining true to our core values is what makes us the positive difference.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on my goals and the purpose behind what I do. Breaking big tasks into smaller, manageable steps helps maintain momentum, and celebrating small wins along the way keeps me energized. Learning from challenges and staying curious also play a big role in staying inspired.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the funds to strategically expand my business by investing in key areas such as marketing to reach a broader audience, upgrading equipment to improve efficiency, and hiring additional team members to support growth. Additionally, I would allocate resources to service development to enhance offerings and meet customer demands.
