Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is my grandmother. She has always believed in owning your own business and working for yourself. She is also big on supporting other small businesses. She is meticulous, and believes that small details matter. She has so much passion for everything she does and it is admirable.

How do you stay motivated?

I remind myself that I created a business and income for my family. That I can do anything if I work hard and want it bad enough. There are many people who never take a chance on themselves out of fear or lack of confidence. I refuse to be that person and live with the regret of what if?

What would you do with the $25,000?

I want to invest the money back into my business to open my own cafe. I want a place where people can gather to enjoy great food and delicious drinks. I want people to feel like family when they come in! I also want it to be a place where I can teach and celebrate food.
