Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

In 2014, my world changed when I lost my first child to stillbirth at 37 weeks. That devastating experience shaped my perspective on life’s fragility and the importance of preserving its most tender moments. Through this pain, I discovered a passion for capturing raw, authentic emotions, and I’ve dedicated my career to creating meaningful images that tell powerful stories.

How do you stay motivated?

My two children, who followed this loss, continue to inspire me daily, reminding me to cherish every moment. Giving back is at the core of my work. I’m honored to donate my time and photography skills to organizations like Project NICU, CAVS Cares, Tunnel to Towers Foundation, & various other charities. What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use it to expand my charity work and support those experiencing loss. Losing a loved one is an overwhelming journey, and I am passionate about helping others navigate the pain and challenges it brings. This funding would allow me to enhance my knowledge, provide more resources, and make a greater impact on the lives of those in need. A portion of the funds would go toward furthering my education in end-of-life services and grief support.
