Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business stems from growing up without strong influencers and resources. My experiences shaped my passion to create leadership and financial opportunities for youth. Every step I take in business is rooted in building a better path for others, proving that no matter where you start, change is possible. My goal is to inspire others to dream bigger and build brighter futures, breaking generational cycles of hardship through meaningful action.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering my own journey and the impact knowledge and support can have. Seeing youth discover their potential and begin to break generational patterns is rewarding. What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000 I would donate it to the non-profit, Operation Level Up leadership Youth Edition to help cover the cost of program development, workshops, scholarships, sponsorships, and mentorship. The staff that work with this non-profit do not get paid for their work and most of the programming that occurs happen from donations and out-of-pocket cost. I would love to support the youth in the program and support the mission. I believe in cultivating the next generation of leaders in my community.
