I stay motivated by remembering my "why"—to bring family, friends, and colleagues closer, one celebration at a time. As a woman and minority business owner, I’m driven by the impact I can make, whether it’s creating beautiful, meaningful events or supporting causes like breast and prostate cancer awareness and helping abused women and children. Seeing clients' visions come to life and knowing I’m making a difference in my community keeps me inspired and focused

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000 grant, I’d enhance our event design capabilities by investing in quality materials and design software. I’d hire and train a diverse team to expand our reach and improve service. A portion would fund charitable initiatives, including supporting breast and prostate cancer awareness and helping abused women and children. Additionally, I’d invest in enhancing our website and marketing efforts to increase visibility, reach more clients, and grow Set the Stage.
