My inspiration comes from powerful and strategic female entrepreneurs that have made their own opportunities to promote their business to the next level. Inspiring female entrepreneurs such as Kimberly Caudle Lewis of Project XYZ and Tamron Hall are key examples of how implementing strategic plans and creating your own framework are ways to impact the economy and business industry.

How do you stay motivated?

Realizing that I have the capabilities and resources to achieve my business goals fuels my motivation. Regardless of my mistakes and failures, I'm able to use those experiences to develop an innovative framework that will propel my business. These aspects plus calculated risks keeps me motivated as an entrepreneur and young professional.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would be used to implement more digital solutions and hire additional staff. The digital solutions would include development of a mobile app that will have videos on how to incorporate strategic management that improve business operations as well as access to online business lending partners. The remaining $15,000 would be used to hire a sales manager to solidify partnerships with corporations that complement our service offers and client base. This will expand our brand message.
