Are you the next big name in business and want in on the action?
Register for FreeI am inspired by many people. I am inspired by my dad, who founded SkyKick, an IT management company. He has helped me through the legal technicalities and how to properly run a mini business. My mom has inspired me in my organization and building a plan. My grandfather inspired me to go for opportunities (like this one) and that sometimes, a leap of faith is what I need. As I look towards my app Due Tomorrow, my school and experience as student have directly inspired the features I have built.
How do you stay motivated?Motivation can be very difficult, but it is also different for every person. For me, I have created and run many activities within my life, from producing a podcast to running a business, to school, and beyond. I take breaks from all of these things and relax or work on something else. These breaks allow me to avoid burnout and maintain motivation. As a 1-person team, motivation is very important to me, so my users are happy and taken care of. Ultimately, I am motivated by my users.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would split the $25,000 into a few different places. First, I would create a proper $10k marketing budget for my ios applications, namely Due Tomorrow, an app to help students organize homework. Then, I would purchase some developer tools that would improve my applications internally and made development faster. Finally, I would invest $7k of the money and save the rest, roughly $5k.
