I’m inspired by the opportunity to drive meaningful change in the beauty industry, which is plagued by a lack of integrity. Having firsthand experience at a beauty school where education was secondary to profit, I saw how students were left ill-prepared, damaging the industry’s reputation. I’m passionate about addressing these gaps & providing a genuine, quality education that empowers students, elevates the industry, & restores trust. This vision fuels my determination

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the hopelessness I felt at that school and my deep passion for beauty. I don’t want anyone to face the same discouragement I did. My goal is to build a reputable brand that offers trusted education for both seasoned professionals and newcomers. I believe that by providing real value, success will follow—both in terms of impact and profit. This vision drives me every day to keep pushing forward, no matter the challenges.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d use the $25,000 to develop a high-quality curriculum that meets industry needs and enhances student outcomes. A portion would go toward marketing to build credibility and attract students. Additionally, I’d invest in technology to offer online courses, making education more accessible and scalable. This investment would improve educational standards, increase brand visibility, and create a sustainable model for growth, positioning us for long-term success and profitability.
