Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I've always been inspired by small businesses and entrepreneurs, and early in my career, I noticed that they had limited options for marketing their businesses. Similarly, freelancers struggled to find sustainable work. Hapteam was born out of my inspiration to bridge this gap, connecting these two groups with a playbook designed to help them mutually thrive and support each other.

How do you stay motivated?

As a Latina and first-time founder, I'm driven by seeing the positive impact Hapteam has on all kinds of clients and freelancers. Even when things get tough, I'm motivated to guide them through challenges and help them achieve amazing results on their projects. My big purpose is to help more small businesses thrive and prevent them from failing. Being part of that positive change keeps me motivated to push the boundaries of what's possible!

What would you do with the $25,000?

We will allocate this to Hapteam's growth by placing 50% to our digital marketing budgets, with a focus on prospecting. 30% will be used to revamp our lead intake and processing tools, ensuring quicker lead qualification, conversion, and client onboarding. The last 20% will be allocated to in-person outreach such as trade shows and speaking engagements.
