Who or what is your inspiration in business?

After spending over two decades in Fortune companies transforming high-performing organizations, I fell into the depths of burnout. Being my 3rd episode of burnout, I knew I was doing something terribly wrong. From that moment on I knew things had to change for me. I did not know how, or when, but I wanted to get myself out of the hole I had created and help others do the same. 10 years later, I am on a mission to eliminate burnout in the workplace.

How do you stay motivated?

I am very diligent about daily practices that help me rebalance my energy and stay focused. On top of that, seeing the faces of my clients light up just after the first session, is a feeling that I would not trade for anything else.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would spend all of it on growing my business. Not only for the sake of growth but for the sake of increasing the impact that I can have in today's workforce. The money would be spent in 3 areas. Enhancing systems that allow me to scale, engaging in additional skills that bring value to my clients, and finally advertising.
