Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my grandfather, Serge Woolley, and my upbringing in the Caribbean. Exiled from Haiti during a dictatorship, he moved to the U.S., became a Vietnam War sharpshooter, and built a thriving textile business in New York and Haiti. His resilience and vision inspire me. Growing up in the Caribbean, I witnessed problems caused by systemic challenges, sparking my creativity and drive to solve issues with business solutions that create lasting, positive change.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by keeping my goals front and center—I review them daily to stay focused. I also read extensively to gain new insights and perspectives, exercise to maintain physical and mental well-being, and embrace the process of creating. For me, the journey of building something meaningful is just as rewarding as achieving the end result.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won $25,000, I would use it to kickstart my vision of creating a healthier, more sustainable beverage brand. After years of experience working with companies like Heineken, Coca-Cola, and Monster, I’ve seen the impact these industries have on health and the environment. Inspired by my master’s thesis on entrepreneurship, job creation, and sustainability, my goal is to launch a vitamin-infused, sugar-free water brand packaged in eco-friendly cans—think Liquid Death meets Vi
