Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I draw my inspiration for business from two remarkable individuals: my mother, a fashionista who has always embraced her plus-size figure, and my late grandfather, an entrepreneur who made history as the first Black contractor in Palm Beach County with his construction company. Their determination and success have motivated me to strive for my own achievements.

How do you stay motivated?

What drives my passion for serving my fabulous plus-size ladies is the joy and feedback I receive from my customers. Hearing their smiles and testimonials about how our outfits make them feel—whether it's for a special occasion or just a night out—fills me with motivation. Their stories of compliments and newfound confidence inspire me to continue empowering our plus-size community to embrace their style and celebrate their beauty.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The largest chunk, 30% ($7,500), would go towards Marketing and Advertising efforts. Next, 15% ($4,000) would be invested in Inventory and Product Expansion. Operations and Logistics would receive 20% ($5,000), which would be used to upgrade the e-commerce platform, improve packaging and shipping materials. A smaller portion, 5% ($1,000), would go towards Education and Training. The remaining 30% ($7,500) would be allocated to Miscellaneous expenses, such utilities and Commerical vehicle.
