Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is my family, especially my late grandmother, Eloise. She instilled in me the values of resilience, compassion, and hard work. These principles drive me to create impactful ventures like my coaching business and Lovership Apparel, designed to empower others to live authentically. Seeing my family thrive and knowing I’m contributing to others’ success motivates me daily to dream bigger and lead with purpose.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated through my faith in God, who guides my purpose and reminds me that all things are possible through Him. Prayer and reflection keep me grounded, while my family inspires me to keep pushing forward. I also draw motivation from seeing lives transformed through my work, knowing I’m fulfilling the mission God has placed on my heart to empower and uplift others. My trust in His plan gives me the strength to overcome challenges and remain focused on my goals.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would invest in expanding my business, N’spired Wellness LLC, by enhancing marketing efforts, creating digital resources, and hosting workshops to empower more individuals. I would also grow Lovership Apparel to increase its reach and impact, furthering its message of self-love and authenticity. Additionally, a portion would support my podcast, “Color of Success,” to amplify diverse voices and inspire others to pursue their dreams.
