Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from my journey as a nurse and educator, witnessing firsthand the struggles and triumphs of those who dedicate their lives to helping others. My late sister, Michelle Zu’Nene Stevenson, who was a second mother to me and an unwavering source of encouragement, fuels my drive to create opportunities for others. She taught me the value of resilience, compassion, and the importance of leaving a legacy.

How do you stay motivated?

Prayer. I stay motivated by remembering why I started. My goal isn’t just about business—it’s about creating opportunities for others, particularly nurses who feel overlooked or stuck. Seeing the lives I impact, from helping a single mom become an LVN to empowering a nurse to embrace AI in her practice, fuels my drive. My family, especially my late sister Michelle, is my anchor. What would you do with the $25,000?

If I win $25,000, I’d purchase a trailer to host classes, providing a dedicated space for learning and growth. I’d offer more scholarships to support aspiring nurses, purchase advanced equipment to enhance teaching, and onboard a secretary to streamline operations. These funds would also help expand my school’s name and mission beyond California, allowing me to empower and educate healthcare professionals globally, creating opportunities and lasting impact in underserved commun
