Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My family is my greatest inspiration of course, but beyond that, knowing that I will build strong relationships with people I haven't even met yet inspires me to my core. This action always cultivates something greater. I've experienced it firsthand, and it is pure magic. I’m also driven by the desire to change the world by giving (in many forms), leaving a legacy my children will be proud of, and inspiring others to do the same.

How do you stay motivated?

ADHD, an insatiable need to ask questions and seek answers, and the constant reminder that I have someone's childhood in my hands. In addition, one of the most profound and humbling experiences in my career has been in the moments I've realized I changed someone's life. That feeling is indescribable—it's the purest form of kindness, sincerity, and gratitude. You want to chase that feeling forever.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would take my husband on a real honeymoon that's 10 years overdue, invest in my family's future and my next business move, and remove the burden of financial stress from people I love.
