Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is a blend of powerful influences—my mother’s faith in God, my late cousin Dr. Aimee Matthews DDS, who passed from breast cancer at 30, my children, my St. Lucian and Jamaican family, and most profoundly, my younger self—the nurse who once believed self-elimination was her only solution. Today, I honor her pain by creating solutions that empower others to heal and thrive.

How do you stay motivated?

Simple—I don't stay motivated (lol). Who really does? If you find them, send me their tips! But honestly, I’m highly obsessed. When I’m tired, I rest, forgive myself for not reaching my goal yet, then remind myself why I’m obsessed—and start again.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d invest $25K to scale fast: targeted social media ads, high-quality content, and the TRY-U app to build community and expand my coaching programs to empower nurses, reduce burnout, and lower suicide rates. I’d hire a social media manager, host strategic events, and collaborate with trusted brands.
