My work explores topics of the human condition bolstered by the words and lived experiences of my subjects. With intent on treasuring individualistic self-expression, I exposes the raw wounds of prejudice and abuse, while advocating for the inherent beauty in being human.
How do you stay motivated?Working for myself is hard, and some days are better than others. Therfore, to stay motivated, I look at the impact that my work has on my clients. My work focuses on advocating for marginalized individuals and communities, as well as providing education for equitable and empowering support.
What would you do with the $25,000?The money generated from this would be put back into the communities in which I work. This money will help me to continue my work as a writer and photographer, telling stories and providing beautiful artwork for individuals who would not have access to it otherwise.
