My son Yessoni is my driving force when it comes to writing my children stories. I love teaching him the names of the animals and the sounds they make, keeps him engaged.
How do you stay motivated?My stories typically start with color time, while coloring with him I start to imagine a story for the pictures we just colored. The book also contains a photograph of an original painting.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000 I would take my books to publishing, I’ve spoken with a few self publishing companies and it’s around $7,000 for printing and marketing with all the royalties retained by me. With the remainder of the money I would make my writing space more functional and prepare for the book tour, special guest at daycare story time, which is something that my son can also take part in.
