Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from my background and military career, especially after my unexpected transition out of service. I was able to turn a life-changing situation into a successful business, relying on the discipline, resilience, and leadership I gained in the Army. This journey drives me to build something meaningful out of adversity and help others do the same.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the impact SickFit has on people's lives. Whether it’s helping someone with diabetic foot health, athletes recovering from injuries, or individuals needing comfort for long hours on their feet, knowing we make a difference drives me. A story that stands out is a troubled kid I mentored—he turned his life around, built a modeling portfolio, and is now on track to become an engineer. Knowing that SickFit is changing lives keeps me pushing forward every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000, we will generate more jobs, hire a Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive B2B and DTC lead generation, build partnerships with military organizations and sports teams, and oversee targeted ads on LinkedIn and Google. Funds will also be used to attend trade shows and government procurement events, building face-to-face relationships with decision-makers and driving large bulk orders to accelerate B2B and DTC growth and expand SickFit’s market presence.
