Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My late grandmother, Polly Ann, is my inspiration in business because she filled her home with love and the irresistible aroma of a homemade cake. From my kitchen to yours, I want to do the same and sweeten your moments and create memories worth savoring.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated in the business because I know that I'm making my grandmother proud. My grandmother was not able to showcase her incredible skill of homemade cakes to the world. I'm here to get the job done, to continue her legacy, and to spread love and happiness, one cake at a time.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest and allocate 40% on new and improved commercial bakery equipment to increase production and efficiency; 24% to customize our food truck that will streamline operations and enhance mobility: 20% for an upgraded mobile tent for outdoor events to maintain quality and professionalism; 8% to support additional staff to increase productivity; 4% on marketing to expand digital and physical presence to attract more customers; and 4% on vendor fees to ensure participation in premium events
