Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

In the "who" obviously Elon and Jobs are big referents by doing bold things but I will also say my dad because he change the way people used money in Venezuela and helped thousands of people. And then the "what". For me is all about the people, I would like to change the world to one where everybody enjoys a good and fair life, where justice and respect are the base of society and where technology is our best friend enhancing our quality of life.

How do you stay motivated?

When you have been through what I have been through, motivation is way more an internal thing than any external stimulus. You just have a task, an idea, a dream and you go and make it. When I doubt about myself and my capacity I remember that I'm doing this for my family, for my friends and for all the people of Venezuela that deserve a good leader.
