Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My family—my amazing wife and kids—inspire me daily to work hard. Losing my mom to suicide deeply shaped me, opening my eyes to the mental health struggles so many face, especially in communities and among entrepreneurs. I’m also inspired by small businesses and grassroots non-profits that may struggle with marketing budgets. My approach is to share my knowledge, work empathetically, and collaborate within budgets to help them grow and succeed.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by my 'why'—my family and my community. My wife and kids are my greatest cheerleaders, but my drive also comes from the small businesses and grassroots organizations I’m honoured to support. Watching them grow and thrive, knowing I’ve contributed to their success, is incredibly fulfilling. Losing my mom to suicide taught me resilience and the importance of mental health, inspiring me to uplift others, strengthen my community, and create a lasting impact.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d use the $25,000 to grow my business by hiring extra support, giving me the time and resources to focus on expansion. This growth would allow me to take on more not-for-profit initiatives, helping them reach their goals and create a bigger impact in our community. Supporting grassroots organizations is a cause close to my heart, and this funding would empower me to give back on a larger scale while ensuring my business thrives and continues to inspire positive change.
