Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I draw inspiration from remarkable Black American icons in business. Jhonson Napoleon is my business inspiration—an accomplished father, serial entrepreneur, investor, builder , and public speaker.In the tech industry, Ursula Burns made history as the first Black woman CEO of a Fortune 500 company at Xerox, showcasing strong leadership. Tyler Perry, based in Atlanta, transformed the entertainment scene by creating a successful production studio and promoting diverse storytelling.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by setting clear, achievable goals and celebrating small wins along the way. I surround myself with a supportive network of peers and mentors who inspire me and hold me accountable. Regularly revisiting my "why" helps maintain focus and purpose. I also make it a point to engage in activities that recharge me, like reading, exercising, or meditating. Staying curious and open to learning keeps my passion alive. Finally, I constantly remind myself of the impact I'm making

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I had $25,000, I would strategically invest in my startup by allocating funds for key areas. First, I’d enhance our marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and attract more clients. I’d also consider investing in technology or software that improves our operational efficiency. A portion would go toward building a strong team, focusing on hiring skilled individuals who can drive our vision forward. Lastly, I’d set aside a small emergency fund to ensure we’re prep
