My inspiration comes from my own motherhood journey—experiencing firsthand the gaps in maternal care despite being a healthcare professional. I saw how fragmented and inequitable the system was, pushing me to create Myri Health. I’m also inspired by the resilience of women who navigate pregnancy and postpartum with little support. Their stories fuel my mission to build AI-driven, accessible maternal health solutions that truly meet them where they are.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering the mothers who feel unseen in their pregnancy and postpartum journeys. Their struggles drive me to push Myri Health forward. Seeing real impact—moms feeling heard, supported, and healthier—fuels my persistence. I also lean on my own experience as a mother and healthcare professional, knowing firsthand the gaps we’re solving. Surrounding myself with purpose-driven people and taking care of my own health keeps me energized for the mission.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I’d expand Myri Health’s reach to underserved mothers, ensuring equitable, AI-driven maternal care. These funds would help deepen partnerships with public health leaders and insurers, improve accessibility, and enhance support for those most at risk. Maternal health disparities are a crisis—we’re here to change that.
