Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Being able to help others has always been fulfilling soulfully. I believe it stamps from the UN Bringing me and my family out of WaR and into the United States. So helping others has always been my purpose. Being able to do so in the Music industry is an even bigger blessing, because I’ve been revolved around music my whole life. So being able to work along side blessed individuals who are gifted, while helping them achieve their dreams, I believe is a reward in itself.

How do you stay motivated?

I’m motivated everyday by watching my artists put their all into their creativity. Seeing them invest the time to build their dreams, pushes me to keep going. Always keeping my eye on the bigger picture defin helps, one of my favorite quotes says “You Should Fall In Love with The Process And Not The Results”. Building family of genuine people is something money can’t buy.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Truly I would invest it in my team. We are a small label, so everything we have been and are still doing comes from our daily 9/5 to fund the dreams of the collective.
