Becoming my own inspiration has been a transformative journey shaped by the challenges of being a single parent living in poverty while juggling multiple jobs. This experience has not only tested my resilience but has also fueled my determination to create a better life for myself and my child. The struggles I faced forced me to develop key skills such as time management, resourcefulness, and perseverance, which are vital in overcoming difficulties.

Southeast Georgia Training Services, LLC aims to utilize the $25,000 funding to create essential training services, mentorship programs, and affordable childcare specifically for single parents, foster children, and individuals re-entering society after incarceration. This initiative seeks to empower these vulnerable groups by providing them with crucial skills to improve their employability, fostering supportive mentor-mentee relationships, and alleviating the childcare burdens.
